“Scene from a Friend” service is a service for writing especially problematic scenes.
Any screenwriter who struggles with writing a scene, has difficulty finding an artistic solution for it, or simply wants the scene to be better can use the “Scene from a Friend” service.
To have a scene written, you send the screenplay, synopsis, and biographies of the characters involved in the scene, along with important information about them — motivation, fear, secrets and so on. If the screenplay has not yet been written — for example, you may have run into a problem with the very first scene and the opening scene is not working the way you want — the idea can be sent in written form instead. After I read the materials, we discuss them. We clarify the plot, theme, message and other things I need in order to write the scene — I will ask the necessary questions. Once I understand what the story is about and what the scene needs to communicate, I begin working on the scene.
The delivery time may vary depending on the length and type of screenplay — feature film, pilot episode or short film — and is usually 3–5 days.
